Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required. Simply use our Contact form with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Not Satisfied?

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, reach out within 30 days and we will work with you to make it right. We want every customer to love their Balm Society experience.

Where Do Returns Go?

Because our products ship directly from our fulfillment partner, we do not require customers to ship items back in most cases. For defective or damaged items, a refund or replacement is issued upon confirmation — no return shipping needed.
